Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of sanyue.ai, its web tools, browser extensions and related services (“SANYUE.AI”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person may not use multiple accounts to abuse trials, referral rewards or promotions.

2. Payments, membership and licenses

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Membership and paid tools are activated after payment is confirmed; tools billed monthly do not renew automatically. Membership benefits and software licenses are for your personal use; one license can be activated on up to 2 devices. Reselling, sharing or cracking licenses is not allowed, and abused licenses may be disabled without refund.

3. Refunds

Membership is non-refundable once activated. Paid tools can be refunded if a defect or bug prevents normal use and it is not fixed within a reasonable time; we do not offer refunds without a valid reason. See the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not use it for spam, fraud, harassment, infringing content or to violate the rules of third-party platforms. You are responsible for the content you process and publish with our tools, including content posted to X or other platforms.

5. AI output

AI-generated results may be inaccurate. Review important content before relying on or publishing it.

6. Creators and referrers

Creator listings and the referral program follow the rules on the Creator Program and Referral Program pages, which form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property and open source

The SANYUE.AI service, brand and original content belong to us; creator-listed tools belong to their creators. Some tools are built on open-source projects, which remain under their original licenses.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, for third-party platforms' actions on your accounts, or for decisions made based on AI output.
