Creator rules

  1. Every product goes through a functional and security review before listing; pricing and launch date are confirmed with the creator after approval.
  2. Creators reply to after-sales requests within 48 hours (after that, buyers can ask the platform to step in), and fix or offer a solution for serious issues within 7 days.
  3. Revenue is calculated per order: net amount = buyer's payment − payment fees; the creator receives 80%. Each order becomes withdrawable 30 days after sale; withdraw from USD 50.
  4. When a buyer purchases through a referrer's link, the referrer's commission (their tier, 20%–50% of net) comes out of the creator's 80%; the platform's 20% is unchanged and the creator keeps at least 30% of net. Orders from organic traffic and platform promotion give the creator the full 80%. Purchases through the creator's own link carry no referral commission.
  5. Tools in the members' zone share a monthly pool of 20% of net membership revenue, split by actual member usage and settled at month-end after the refund period.
  6. Creators get a public profile with name, avatar, bio and optional social links; free tools can ask users to follow the creator on X, like or reply to a post before unlocking.
  7. Buyer support goes through the platform; your email and private contacts are visible only to platform administrators. Directing buyers to pay outside the platform is not allowed.
  8. Creators keep the intellectual property of their products and authorize SANYUE.AI to display, promote and sell them while listed.
