3. We contact you within 1 business day, confirm the details and send a formal quote.
4. Payment is usually in stages: a first payment after the plan is confirmed, the rest after delivery and acceptance. Small tools can be paid at once.
5. After delivery there is a free bug-fix period.

Will my tool be public?

Yes. After delivery we turn it into a general version and list it on SANYUE.AI, with your private data, accounts and branding removed. As the person who commissioned it, you use it free for life and get updates first. If you need an exclusive, private version, we can discuss it separately.
